International cooperation of the Kharkov State University of Food Technology and Trade bases on treaties,agreements and protocols signed for joint activities in the following areas:

  • Educational exchange programs and exchange in specialists training programmes,teaching of special subjets by foreign Professors or Scientists.

  • Scientific and methodological cooperation, joint writing of textbooks, manuals, scientific articles and monographs.

  • Scientific and practical cooperation, joint research, implementation and outcomes of research into practice, technical and methodological support of research.

  • Exchange of students and teachers to scientific and practical training, short - and long-term study abroad.

  • Training of foreign citizens in the Preparatory department and in other faculties of the University at all levels.

  • Preparation of joint educational programs and scientific and practical cooperation with European and international organizations.

Chemical Research Department of Nuremberg (Germany): During the year carried out an exchange of information and special literature on standards and methods for the study of food in preparation for expanding use of gas chromatograph and laboratories for chemical research, working on academic probation training programs for teachers and graduate students.

Economic Academy. Oskar Lange (Poland, Wroclaw): conducted joint research studies in areas relevant to both parties, based on joint research prepared for publication a scientific monographModifying additives in jelly products. Creation of scientific and technical products: The study of functional properties of modified studnestvoryuvachiv different nature and summary of results in the form of joint monograph

Institute of flow machines (Polish Academy of Sciences, Gdansk): conducted joint research studies in areas relevant to both parties (the development of methods of methods of vibration bearing structures), based on joint research prepared for publication a scientific monograph.

University of the Basque Country (Spain): year held an exchange of information and publications, training programs and plans for joint research.

Company IPARLAT (Spain): during the year, work continued on the research project "The withdrawal of Ca from milk by ultrafiltration. Research and technical options justified the withdrawal of Ca from milk by ultrafiltration on pilot plant. Work on research project progress.

Mediterranean Tourism and Business University (Turkey city of Antalya): work for the exchange of scientific and teaching materials, we are preparing to organize a scientific and educational exchange of students and teachers for one semester, during the year was taken by representatives of hotel (chain (Papillon), Where the practical training of university students (during the year have practical training - 54 students and improve skills - 3 faculty).

Institute of Physical Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, Russia): joint research work on computer modeling of water in food.

Baltic tourist complex (BTC) (Russia, St. Petersburg): exchange information on the educational process, structure and content of curricula in the areas of scientific and technical work, exchange of scientific, educational and methodical literature. BTK - a training and production complex, which is engaged in professional training for tourism and hospitality.

Russian International Academy of Tourism (RMAT) (Russia, gangway): practice of students, faculty exchange, joint training manuals.

Agrotechnical Kazakh State University. S Seyfullina (Kazakhstan, Astana): obmin information and scientific publications, exchange of students, participating in joint seminars, conferences, the teacher made the department of marketing and commercial activities in order to exchange scientific and methodical.

University of Nebraska (USA, of Lincoln): approved university professor to conduct a roundtable on the implementation of the learning process of university scientific and methodological experience gained by teachers, who in recent years participated in educational exchange program for young teachers.

University of Colorado (USA, of Fort Collins): Made professor of the University to conduct a roundtable on the implementation of the learning process of university scientific and methodological experience gained by teachers, who in recent years participated in educational exchange program for young teachers, University of Colorado is one of the universities, on which are trained program participants.

University of Maine (USA, Auron pm): consortium of universities led by University of Kharkov for cooperation and exchange of teachers and students. Students Consortium studied during the semester at the University of Maine. HDUHT took a group of American students and professors. Were established scientific links with the College of Food Sciences and Nutrition Rights.

Tsintsinnati University (USA, Ohio): visits of professors and members of TC Administration, organized by guest master classes leading chefs and representatives of American business in the framework of cities of Kharkiv-Tsintsinati.

International Institute of Hotel Management, Serge-Pontoise (France): and cultural familiarization visits of students and faculty.
