International relations department of Kharkov State University of Food Technology & Trade is divided into two parts:
1. Cooperation with International organizations,signing agreements and treaties,sending students for practicals etc.
2. Foreign students department works for admission of foreign students,their education and accomodation at the University.
International relations department was established in 1974 and department of foreign students in 1996 when University started training foreign citizens.
The Foreign students department provides course advice for potential students, assists with the admission and enrolment of international students and provides ongoing academic, cultural, social and personal support for international students. Whether enquiries are of an educational, personal, legal, social, cultural or financial nature, somebody will be able to assist.
The Foreign students department is the focal point for international students. The International relations department can advise on all matters relating to application, accommodation, admission, fees, immigration, arrival services, orientation and advice on visa requirements, medical insurance and general concerns. This means providing course information, processing your admission application as efficiently as possible and giving advice on living and studying in Kharkov,Ukraine. The International Marketing department is responsible for coordinating the promotion of the University and its courses overseas.
The International relations department was established by the University as part of its commitment to the internationalization of its programmers and activities. The Foreign students department of Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade provides a facility and service for the support of foreign students. The department comprises a small staff group who network with the University's Academic Departments, Corporate and Student Services. The International relations department can advise on all matters relating to application, accommodation, admission, fees, immigration, arrival services, orientation and advice on visa requirements, medical insurance and general concerns.
