The Kharkov State University of Food Technology and Trade actively works with local and International Organizations,tourist companies,hotels,restaurants and with USA students exchange programme to send students for practicals according to their specialities.At presently University works with the following partners:

- Student Exchange Programme "Work and Travel USA"
- Practice-based Baltic tourism college and a French company PATEL & SHABO (Latvia,Lithuania,Estonia,France)
International and local students of the Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade send it's local and foreign students to the above written hotels and other organizations for their practicals every year in the summer vacations.
University make complete arranagements for local and foreign students to go for their practicals.For foreign students University will take care of their visas,travel arrangements and their residence in the other country.
The practical training is paid to students and they will earn at their practicals.The amount of the paid training is different depending on the different hotels & organizations and different kind of work.
